These Terms & Conditions apply to the provision of our services with which our primary service is the hosting of virtual education event where prospective students and education providers meet in an online event. This Service permits prospective parents, students and education providers to communicate with each other and, in some cases, for education providers to view the details that you supplied us with.

You are using our Services as a potential parents and students wishing to receive information from education providers about courses and promotions that they offer.

Your data and status will enable you to interact online with education providers about course opportunities and places and, potentially, apply for them. You accept that our information to you under this contract is provided exclusively on an ‘information basis’, where the website of each recruiting organisation provides the full, accurate and updated information as well as details on how to apply.

You understand that our service is not set up to accept your application with any education provider. To do this, we will re-direct you from our website to the virtual booth (s) of each specific exhibitor/ education provider. For this reason, you accept and will take all appropriate steps to ensure that if the education provider is of interest to you, you will be re-directed to their virtual booth where you will be able to apply for the enrolment. For clarity, we are not part of the application process and bear no responsibility for confirming, acknowledging or ensuring your application has been submitted correctly and/or received.

As an exhibiting platform for education providers, you understand and accept that the content of the exhibitor/ education providers on our site is the responsibility of the education provider advertising it, and you waive any claims or damages from us arising from complaints regarding the application process.

The contract between us is formed when you confirming the statement: “I have read and agree to your Terms & Conditions” on the www.veexpo.my Registration when you submit your registration.

Our website pages will guide you through the steps you need to use the services provided by us. The online registration process and the completion of your registration allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your information and request for services. Please take the time to read and check your entries on each page. We are not liable for any errors you make.

After you register for our services, you should receive an e-mail from www.veexpo.my acknowledging that your registration has been accepted.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the laws of Malaysia and is the property of VEExpo organised and powered by Xenodios Sdn Bhd. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of promoting the VEExpo event to the general public, the business community or the media. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use or for the purposes of promoting the event.

Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by VEExpo. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

Xenodios Sdn Bhd does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organisation.

VEExpo does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. We may amend these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy from time to time and update them on our website.
If we have to revise these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy as they apply to you, we will post such changes and revisions on our website.

We take the security of your data very importantly. We have safeguarding processes in place, both within our organization, and also with our data processors. Your data is only used for the stated purposes of this contract, and as described in our Privacy policy.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, VEExpo may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Xenodios Sdn Bhd we have no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of VEExop. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk.

You agree that by submitting your information to us, you authorise us to contact you for advertising, marketing, reminders and other commercial purposes by email or SMS.

VEExpo is a public event. We will be photographing, videotaping and otherwise recording the events and using the resulting footage for promotional purposes. Each registrant acknowledges and agrees that such registrant hereby grants us the right to use, publish, digitise, broadcast, display, reproduce and store the registrant’s name and image in any manner whatsoever (whether now known or hereafter known) including without limitation for the purposes of advertising, information, illustrating in promoting or publicising the event.

VEExpo offers the opportunity for various types of exhibitors to present their products, services and information about their company and career opportunities or otherwise communicate their thoughts to participants. We do not endorse or otherwise condone the statements made by, or the activities or, or products, services or, any exhibitor – and participants acknowledge and agree that VEExpo shall not be liable for any act or omission of an exhibitor or speaker at, or otherwise in connection with, any event.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of our website and your attendance at our events is at your sole risk. The website and each event is provided “as is”, “where is” and “as available”. VEExpo assumes no responsibility for your attendance at any event or your use of our website including, without limitation, all content and VEExpo makes no promises, guarantees, productions of success or any claims to special experience, insight or expertise.
