Datuk Dr. Chiam Heng Keng

Formerly the Professor of Social Psychology in the University of Malaya and former president of the ECCE Malaysia. Datuk Dr. Chiam is a well-known figure in child development and early childhood education. She is the founder of the Bachelor and Master in Early Childhood Education at the University of Malaya, the first of its kind in Malaysia. She also pioneered the Executive Diploma in Early Childhood Education at the University of Malaya in this country.
